Personal information on my certificate is either missing or incorrect.

If you didn’t update your profile before you took your quiz, you can do it now. Follow these steps:

1. Go to https://sensationalbrain.com/

2. On the upper right of the page click on the My Account icon or go directly to https://sensationalbrain.com/my-account/

3. Log in with your username and password.

4. You will be redirected to your dashboard page.

5. Click the Courses logo in the upper‑right. Or go directly to https://courses.sensationalbrain.com

6. Click the Courses logo in the upper, right-hand corner of the page. Or go directly to https://courses.sensationalbrain.com

7. Click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page that looks like a person.

8. You will be presented with a form where you can edit the information you want to be printed on your certificate:

  • First Name: The name you wish to be printed on the certificate
  • Last Name: The last name you wish to be printed on the certificate
  • Credentials: Delete the text then add your information (OTR/L, COTA, etc.)
  • License: delete the text then add our license number. If you have more than one license, use this format: State, License # / State, License #
  • U.S. State/Country: This field is not transferred to your certificate:
    • We use this field to identify states that contract with CE Broker to manage their CEUs.
    • The top 10 countries are at the bottom of the list. If you do not find your country, use Other International.
  • Updating your profile automatically updates your certificate, so you can download it immediately.
  • Your profile remains for future courses unless you change it before taking the quiz.

9. Once you finish editing your information, scroll down and click the Update.

NOTE: Access to all materials, except certificates, expires 1 year from the purchase date.

If you still have issues with the information printed on your certificate, please contact us using the following form:

Customer has incorrect or missing personal information on their certificate

Please use the following form to specify:

  • Your account email.

  • The full name of the course for which you are having issues with the certificate.
