I need a receipt for my order.

To send you a receipt for your order, we need you to provide us with your order number. Please follow these steps to locate it:

1. Go to https://sensationalbrain.com

2. In the upper‑right of the page, click the My Account icon.

3. Log in to your account

4. You will be redirected to your dashboard. In the left‑side panel, click the Orders button.

5. On the Orders page, you will see a table. Under the Order column, you can search for the number of your order containing the physical product (using the date under the Date column can help you locate it faster). Once you locate your order, click on the View button.

6. Once you have confirmed that the selected order is the one you need a receipt for, please take note of the order number at the top of the Order details section.

7. Use the order number to complete the following form:

Please provide us with the order number and your account email address so we can send you a receipt.
