If you created your listing but didn’t complete the checkout process (for example, you closed your browser or left the page), your listing will stay in Pending Review until you finish the payment step.
To finish your payment follow these steps:
1. First, go to the Sensational Brain Directory
2. On the top navigation bar, click Dashboard.
3. Using the Sign In form, sign in to your account.
4. Go to Dashboard
5. In the left sidebar, click on My Listings, then locate your new listing at the right panel.
6. Locate the three dots labeled More on the right side of your listing, and click them.
7. If you see a Pay Now message, that means your listing hasn’t been paid yet. Click it to proceed.
8. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose a plan. Select your preferred plan. If you are publishing only one listing, you will need to choose either the 6-month plan or the 1-year plan. We recommend the 1-year plan. Then, click the Change button.
9. On the checkout page, select your preferred payment method, then click the Pay Now button.
10. After your payment is completed, you’ll get a receipt. Our team will review your listing and publish it within 24 hours.
