I just purchased a course, and my account says it is already Completed.

Need more help?

The reference to completed means your purchase is completed, not your course.

Order completed

Follow these steps to access your courses:

1. Go to https://sensationalbrain.com/

2. On the upper right of the page, click on the My Account icon or go directly to https://sensationalbrain.com/my-account/

3. Log in with your username and password to access your Dashboard.

4. Click the Courses logo in the upper, right-hand corner of the page. Or go directly to https://courses.sensationalbrain.com

5. Click the My Courses button on the upper right-hand corner of the page.

6. Below your name, you will find a list of all the courses you have bought.

7. Only when a course shows the “COMPLETE” message to the right of its name does it mean the course has been completed and the certificate can be downloaded.
