If you receive an error from Stripe when trying to pay with a credit/debit card, it typically means that your purchase was unsuccessful and no charges were made.
Remember that you can attempt to complete your purchase again using a different payment method.
To confirm that your purchase failed and no charges were made, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://sensationalbrain.com
2. In the upper‑right of the page, click the My Account icon.

3. Log in to your account

4. You will be redirected to your dashboard. In the left‑side panel, click the Orders button.

5. On the Orders page, you will see a table. Under the Order column, you can search for the number of your failed order (using the date under the Date column can help you locate it faster). The failed order will show the text Failed under the Status column. Since the order was not charged, you will also notice a Pay button under the Actions column.

6. To check which payment method failed, click the View button under the Actions column.

7. At the top of the page, you will see the order number, the date, and the Failed status. Remember that the Failed status means no charge was made to you.

8. If you scroll down to the Order details section, you will see the payment method that failed, in this case, Credit/Debit Card (Stripe), along with a Pay button to retry the payment.
