I have registered two accounts on SensationalBrain.com, but I only need one. I would also like to keep one of the usernames.

If you have two accounts registered, but you only need one, it is necessary to transfer your purchases and courses to your desired account.

If you want to keep one of the usernames, certain procedures must also be performed in our database.

Do not attempt to erase your account because you could lose access to all of your courses. Please contact our support by filling out the following form.

A customer has two registered accounts but only needs one. Optionally, they may want to choose a username.

Please use the following form to specify:

  • The account email of your first account

  • The account email of your second account

  • The email of the account you would like to keep (choose either the first or the second account)

  • Optionally, please let us know if you would like to keep a specific username from one of the two accounts.
