I canceled my BrainWorks Membership, but I was still charged. How can I request a refund?

To avoid being charged for a renewal payment, cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

For example, if you purchased your membership on February 20, 2025, and you wish to cancel your subscription, you should cancel it by February 19, 2026 (one day before the renewal date).

If you canceled before the renewal date and were still charged, please follow the steps below to obtain the renewal order number:

1. Go to sensationalbrain.com/my-account

2. Log in to your account

3. In your dashboard, click on the My Subscription tab.

4. Check the Last order date (it should be close to the date you were charged).

5. Scroll down to the Related Orders section and look for the order with the most recent date (this will be the last renewal payment). Take note of the order number.
